Highest quality is an elementary part of the Freihafen corporate philosophy. We therefore offer consumers a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty of 5 years on our products. Prerequisite for the extra year is a registration of your product here.

If you purchased our product online, you can use the order number and a screenshot of the order as proof of purchase.

The warranty period starts after you order the product.

What warranty does my Freihafen product have?
The warranty may vary depending on the country of purchase. Please contact your point of purchase.

What is not covered by the warranty?
– Misuse and damage after receipt.
– Failure to follow the operating instructions.
– Opening, editing or manipulating the product.
– Claims made after 2 years from the date of purchase are not covered by the warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Please check the product details and the manual to make sure the item does not function properly. Then contact Service@Freihafen.shop with a description of the problem, date of purchase and order number. Our customer service will process your request as soon as possible and inform you about the process.
